Corporate Transfers for Oil and Gas: Rotations, Roadshows and Site Visits
Crew changes through YYC, investor roadshows around the downtown core, and executive visits that run to the minute. Ground transport for Calgary’s energy sector.

Calgary's downtown core holds one of the densest concentrations of energy head offices anywhere in the world, and the sector's travel pattern is unlike anyone else's: rotational crews on fixed cycles, executives on schedules measured in minutes, investors on roadshows where being late to the fourth meeting means cancelling the fifth.
Crew rotations through YYC
Fly-in fly-out rotations run to a schedule that does not flex. Charter arrivals, scheduled flights and connecting legs all converge on Calgary International, and the ground leg is where the schedule usually slips.
We handle rotation transfers with flight tracking on every booking, vehicles sized to the crew rather than to a sedan, and a dispatcher watching the whole set rather than each ride in isolation. If the charter is two hours late, the vehicles move with it.
Executive and investor roadshows
A roadshow is a sequence of meetings across the downtown core and, often, Edmonton the following day. The vehicle stays with the party for the day rather than being rebooked at every stop, the chauffeur knows the buildings and the loading zones, and the schedule is held by somebody whose only job is holding it.
We run multi-stop days at an hourly rate agreed in advance, with the itinerary lodged with dispatch so a change at eleven does not become a problem at two.
Site visits and regional travel
Head office to the field: Red Deer, Drumheller, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, Fort McMurray connections, and the industrial corridor. Long days, early starts, and often a return in the dark on a winter highway.
Our chauffeurs drive these routes regularly and our vehicles are winter equipped from October. We are an executive transport service rather than a rig-site crew hauler: what we bring is a professional driver and a comfortable vehicle for the people whose day is already long enough.
Conferences and industry events
The Global Energy Show, AGM season, investor days and the conference calendar at the BMO Centre and the Telus Convention Centre. We run delegate shuttles on a published schedule, VIP transfers for speakers and board members, and hosting runs to Banff and Canmore when the client dinner is out of town.
Client hosting in the Rockies
The Calgary energy sector entertains in the mountains, and it has done for a century. A day to Banff, Lake Louise or Kananaskis, a golf day in summer, a ski day in winter. Fixed rate, a vehicle that suits the party, and a chauffeur who understands that they are part of the impression the client takes home.
Why an account rather than ad hoc
Cost control. Fixed rates by route, held regardless of demand. No surge pricing on the day of the conference.
One invoice, coded. Monthly billing by cost centre, project code, department or AFE, which is what your finance team is going to ask for.
Duty of care. Commercially licensed and insured, police checked chauffeurs, abstracts reviewed, vehicles inspected, and every record produced on request for your contractor or vendor qualification process.
Availability. Around the clock dispatch, because rotations and flights do not observe business hours.
Setting it up
Tell us the pattern: rotation cycles, typical routes, expected volume. We will quote a rate card and set up billing to match how you code it internally.
