Corporate Transfers for Healthcare: Hospitals, Conferences and Clinical Teams

Locum physicians arriving at midnight, visiting surgeons on a two-day schedule, clinical trial participants who cannot drive themselves. Ground transport for the healthcare sector, built around shifts that do not stop.

A black Cadillac Escalade under the covered entrance of a modern hospital on a rainy night, a clinician with a bag walking towards it.

Healthcare runs on a clock that does not observe office hours, and its ground transport has to match. A locum anaesthetist landing at 23:40 is not going to negotiate a rideshare. A visiting surgeon with a two-day schedule across three sites cannot lose forty minutes to parking at Foothills.

Who we move

Locum and visiting physicians. Airport collection with flight tracking, transfer to accommodation, and daily transport to the site they are covering. Often at hours when nothing else is running.

Clinical and research teams. Multi-site days across the Calgary hospitals, with the vehicle held between stops rather than rebooked at each one.

Medical conference delegates and speakers. Shuttles between hotels and the BMO Centre, the Telus Convention Centre or a campus venue, on a published schedule with a dispatcher watching it.

Clinical trial participants. Scheduled, reliable, door to door transport for people attending study visits, where a missed appointment is a protocol deviation rather than an inconvenience. Billed to the study, not to the participant.

Executives and board members for health authorities, private clinics, medical device companies and pharmaceutical organisations.

Discharge and outpatient journeys where the patient is ambulatory and simply needs a comfortable, punctual, professional ride home.

What we are not

We are not an ambulance and we are not a medical transport service. We do not carry stretchers, we do not provide clinical care, and our chauffeurs are not medical attendants. If a journey needs monitoring, oxygen or a paramedic, it needs an ambulance service, and we will say so.

What we provide is a professional chauffeured vehicle, driven by somebody who understands that the person in the back may be tired, unwell, anxious or all three, and behaves accordingly.

The sites we run to daily

Foothills Medical Centre, the Alberta Children's Hospital, the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Peter Lougheed Centre, Rockyview General, South Health Campus, the Cumming School of Medicine, and the private clinics across the city. Plus Red Deer, Lethbridge, Edmonton and the regional centres, for transfers that cross the province.

Why healthcare clients use an account

Discretion. Chauffeurs who do not ask questions and do not repeat what they hear. Every one is police checked and has signed a confidentiality undertaking.

Punctuality with a margin. A theatre list does not wait. We build in the margin and we track the flight.

Cover at any hour. Overnight arrivals, weekend transfers, and a dispatcher who answers at three in the morning.

Clean billing. Monthly invoicing against a cost centre, a department, a grant or a study code, which is what your finance team needs and what a participant reimbursement process cannot easily do.

A duty of care record. Licences, abstracts, police checks, commercial insurance and inspections on file for every chauffeur and vehicle, available for your procurement or research ethics review.

Setting it up

Tell us the pattern: how often, which sites, which hours. We will quote fixed rates for the routes you use most and set up billing that matches how your department accounts for it.

Talk to us about a healthcare account.

Going somewhere in this story?

Fixed rates, a professional chauffeur and a car that fits the weather. Tell us the date and we will quote it.
