- Arriving at the ceremony
The bride, the groom or both, collected from home or the hotel and driven to the ceremony in a 2026 Escalade ESV.
- Ceremony to reception
Book by the hour in Calgary and the car stays with you: photos at a second location, then on to the reception. Stops are included in the hours you book.
- The getaway
A chauffeured exit at the end of the night, from the reception to your hotel or home. In Calgary, hourly bookings finish by 11 PM.
- Family from YYC
We track their flight, include 60 minutes of waiting at the airport, and can meet them inside the terminal with a name sign for $35.
- Mountain venues
Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise are fixed-fare transfers from Calgary or the airport, quoted per vehicle. Getting there and back is planned as legs, not hours.

Prices are per vehicle, not per person, in Canadian dollars, plus 5% GST. No gratuity is added.

All prices per vehicle, plus 5% GST. Hourly includes 55 km per hour (110 km for 2 hours); extra kilometres are charged at the rate in your confirmation.

- Airport pickups: flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting included.
- Up to 6 guests per vehicle (1 to 3 at the Solo Executive price, 4 to 6 at the group price). Tell us about gowns, garment bags and luggage so we plan the space.
Extras, only if you add them: meet and greet inside the terminal $35, child seat $20.

Wedding transport questions
Can we book the car by the hour on our wedding day?
Yes, in the Calgary area. Hourly service has a 2-hour minimum, starts at $162 CAD an hour for 1 to 3 guests ($194 CAD for 4 to 6), includes 55 km per hour and any stops, and must finish by 11 PM. Extra time on the day is charged at the overtime rate in your confirmation.
Our wedding is in Banff, Canmore or Lake Louise. How does that work?
Hourly service is for the Calgary area only. Mountain venues are booked as fixed-fare transfers, for example Calgary or YYC to Banff from $592 CAD per vehicle plus GST. Send us the day’s plan and we will quote each leg.
How many people fit in the car?
Up to six guests per Escalade ESV. Tell us the headcount and anything bulky, such as dresses, garment bags or luggage, so there is room for everything.
Can we have champagne in the car?
No. Alberta law does not allow alcohol to be consumed in a vehicle, so the toast waits until you arrive. Unopened bottles can travel in the luggage area. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Is a tip included?
Gratuity is never added; tipping is up to you. GST (5%) is added to the fare.
Can you pick up our out-of-town guests at the airport?
Yes. Give us the flight number and we track it, adjust to the actual arrival, and include 60 minutes of waiting. Meet and greet with a name sign is $35, and child seats are $20.
When is our booking confirmed?
When we send a written confirmation and you accept it with our Terms. The confirmation lists the vehicle, the price, any extras and the cancellation rules.
