Terms & Conditions
Stellar Executive Transport
Effective Date: June 26, 2026
1. Service Overview
Stellar Executive Transport provides private chauffeur and executive transportation services in Alberta and surrounding regions. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until accepted by Stellar Executive Transport and a confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request.
3. Payment Authorization
By confirming a booking, you authorize us and our payment processor to securely store and charge your payment method for transportation services, taxes, cancellation fees, modification fees, no-show charges, and route or distance adjustments. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Payment Timing
Charges may be processed before, during, or after the trip has been completed. By booking, you agree to these payment timings.
5. Cancellation & Modification Policy
All cancellations and modifications are determined by the time remaining before your scheduled pickup. Any modification is strictly subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
6. Location & Route Changes
If a requested modification involves a new pickup/drop-off location within the same city or nearby area, we will attempt to accommodate it without extra administrative fees, subject to vehicle availability. If additional distance or time is required, extra charges will apply based on additional kilometers or route changes. Significant route changes may require re-pricing or the cancellation of the original booking under the terms outlined in Section 5.
7. No-Show Policy
Our chauffeurs will wait for passengers up to 15 minutes for standard pickups and up to 45 minutes for commercial airport arrivals past the scheduled pickup time. Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location or contact us within this designated waiting period will be treated as a late cancellation. This will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value, and the vehicle will be released.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, missed flights, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe traffic congestion, accidents, adverse weather, road conditions, sudden mechanical failure, government restrictions, or road closures.
9. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate service without refund for unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior by passengers. Any physical damage or cleaning requirements caused by customers will be charged directly to the payment method on file.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost business or missed flights).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled exclusively in Alberta courts.
