Who counts as a new customer?
Someone who has never booked with Stellar before. Existing customers and your own bookings do not earn a reward.
How long does my link work?
Once somebody opens your link, your code is remembered for 90 days on that device, so they can book later.
When am I paid?
Rewards are released when each trip is completed. Payouts go out on the 1st and 15th of each month by e-Transfer once your balance reaches $250 CAD.
